2MG Solutions is a London-based technology firm where every engagement is led directly by a senior consultant with hands-on experience of regulated environments — not delegated to junior staff or managed at arm's length.
We work with growing consultancies that are building or selling AI-enabled services and products and do not yet have sufficient senior technical leadership. Our job is to make their technical decisions better, because technical decisions are business decisions.
Our work is grounded in 20+ years and 200+ delivery projects across healthcare, financial services, insurance, RegTech and consultancy, including NHS-regulated environments.

Marcin Glanc
Marcin Glanc founded 2MG Solutions to bring senior technical judgement directly into growing businesses. He specialises in technical leadership, AI and platform architecture, and technology decision-making in regulated environments.
Over more than 20 years and 200+ software delivery projects — spanning clinical systems, enterprise applications, research platforms, financial services and secure cloud environments — he has learned that struggling technology programmes rarely fail for lack of a framework. They fail when technical decisions, ownership and business priorities stop aligning.
Areas of expertise include technical leadership for scaling organisations, AI and data platform architecture, engineering practice and governance, disciplined use of AI coding agents, and technical due diligence for investors and boards.
