HOW IT RUNS

Around two days a week. Assessment findings turned into decisions; architecture, standards and ownership agreed and made visible.

Around a day and a half a week. Engineering controls and delivery practices embedded with the team; AI coding-agent usage put on a disciplined footing.

Around a day a week. Roadmap prioritised, decision-making running without the escalation loop, handover to ongoing leadership if wanted.
